As her canon point is a lot earlier, Anna is still human. However in regards to other supernaturally~ beings, there's still a few god-modey questions that have to be asked. Comes with the territory of being an ex-angel.

1 If your character is an angel: Does Anna have permission to hear any conversations they might have over "Angel Radio"? If there are relevant conversations are you willing to drop me links/tell me it's happening so I can go hunt and lurk?
2 If your character is non-human: Do they have a true form that Anna can see when she looks at them (i.e. the true face of a demon)? If so, what is it?
3 If your character is human: Does Anna have permission to throw dressers at your character if they really upset her? (I'm kidding with this one mostly)

Pretty simple! And it's even in a handy box for your copy pasting convenience,

1 If your character is an angel: Castiel has avoided angel radio expect to communicate with Samandriel once - however, should he make use of it again, I'll poke you <3

For Ruby
2 If your character is non-human: Ruby is both human and a wolf (a giant ass wolf, too). So it's not really a true face so much as a second form. If you want Anna to have a read on that, go ahead.
