Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities: Permissions Post

Invulnerability » Angels are shown to be able to withstand almost any physical injury. The only things that can harm an angel are the things listed in the weaknesses, as well as older and higher ranking angels. For instance, the archangels can kill the younger angels.

Strength » The limits to an angels strength is unknown, but it far surpasses that of a human, able to easily punch through walls and throw objects far exceeding their size/weight capabilities. They are able to control this strength too, as they are able to restrain themselves enough to throw punches at humans without breaking through their faces (always a plus).

Telekinesis » Angels are able to move and manipulate objects and people around them, from throwing people across rooms to turning the handles of doors. While it is doubtful that this power is limitless there isn't a discernible one shown in canon.

Healing » The healing abilities of angels are used to maintain the state of their vessels, able to sustain themselves without food, water, or sleep. However it can also be used to heal other people too, though this is one of the powers that seem to be more directly linked to the connection in Heaven.

Teleportation » All angels seem to share the ability to teleport themselves to anywhere not protected by Enochian sigils. Often this is accompanied by the sound of flapping wings and the lights in rooms are seen to short circuit and spray sparks on arrival, though Anna is shown to arrive without any announcement during On The Head Of A Pin, and it is assumed that all angels share this ability.

Chronokinesis » Time travel without the assistance of Heaven is incredibly difficult but it can be done, though it takes a significant toll on the angel involved and weakens them severely.

Dream Walking » Angels are seen contacting people through their dreams several times, most notably during the times where they are hidden from the angels, i.e. Uriel in Dean's dream in Heaven and Hell when they are hidden by hex bags, or Anna contacting Dean in The Song Remains The Same after they are hidden with Enochian sigils seared into their ribs.

Obviously with these come weaknesses too:

Angel Banishing Sigil » The Angel Banishing Sigil must be drawn in blood. It temporarily banishes angels (except the one who drew it) from that location. It can also be cut into the skin of a vessel (though this will banish the angel who drew it as well).

Holy Oil/Fire » Holy Oil is a rare substance. It is obtained from Jerusalem, and when the oil is ignited, its flames will trap Angels and Archangels.

Angel/Archangel Blade » An angel blade be used to kill angels, hellhounds and archangels. It also can drain an angel of their power, as shown with Castiel when Rachel's sword causes him to lose most of his angelic power. Angel blades also seem to at least be able to maim/injure demons, shown when Castiel pulls the weapon on Crowley.

Weapons of Heaven » Several weapons in Heaven can injure and kill angels and archangels.

Character Personality:

Anna's life has panned out in a way that's left her almost with two personalities residing inside the one person. One one hand she has the sensibilities of her human life. Anna Milton is a sweet girl, conscious and caring of those around her. Even after the voices that essentially ruined her life kicked in, she still wanted the best for everyone around her. Shy and sensible, awkward but so full of life, humanity was good for Anna. She flourished in it, and in great irony grew up in a very religious family, helping her to believe the nature of the voices in her head when she finally tuned into Angel Radio.

As an angel, however, an entirely different side of her comes to light. She's calm, in ways akin to almost all of the angels shown, and keeps a level head even in dire situations. She's shown to remain quite calm on regaining the memories of her past life, even when the people around her start to panic. She's also a natural born leader, and its easy to see why she led a Garrison as she almost exclusively engineers the plan to regain her Grace and fight off the angels being sent after her by Heaven.

However she is not the typical angel at all, having made the choice to tear out her Grace and fall to Earth, to live life as a human. She has always been much more open to feelings and emotions than most of her siblings, and lacks much of the faith necessary for an angel. She's openly admitted to being unsure as to whether or not God is around any more, and is certain that he's not giving orders in Heaven any more. Despite her lack of faith in their Father she's still very loyal to most of her siblings, Castiel in particular who she trusted (until recently) not to give her over to Heaven when she was on the run. That trust is later betrayed after Castiel's own stint of 're-appropriation' in Heaven.

Anna is very decisive, even going so far as to be considered stubborn sometimes. Once she has made a decision she will stick to it, and is very firmly set in her convictions. She has an appreciation for free will, and can almost be considered hedonistic at times in the way she will indulge herself (at least, by Angel standards). She is also notably quite compassionate. Though she will not refuse to commit amoral acts for what she considers to be a greater good (such as killing Uriel to save Castiel's life), when possible she will always strive to save the people that she is close to, even if this means personal sacrifice. Despite her deep resentment of life as an angel, she still takes her Grace back to save Ruby and the Winchesters from the demons attacking them. She's much more reserved since regaining her Grace, though her compassion did not take a blow from that. If anything she has become more determined to retain her emotions and the qualities of humanity that she has learned to possess.

In the end, that's almost all she has left - the remnants of a human life muddied with a millenia of memories of angelic life, and she will do just about anything to cling to the last of her humanity, and her most important value, her free will. It's why she's much more expressive than most angels, and you will see her do things such as smile, sigh, frown, and generally show her emotion much more freely than most of the Host. She still values the comfort of physical touch, demonstrated in two separate occasions with Castiel in the form of touching and squeezing his hand, and later laying a hand on his arm. She ultimately chooses to run, to stay on the move to protect her free will. Though she comes back to help Castiel, both with Uriel and by steering the Winchesters on the right path when protecting his vessel Jimmy Novak, ultimately she does not stop. The only times she returns is when Castiel calls, and it ends up being her biggest mistake. It only needs one, though Heaven never gets the chance to leave its influence on her.

Character Plans:

To begin with, Anna's main goal is going to namely be laying low. Particularly when she learns about the angels already residing in the city, she'll probably go into panic mode and try to make herself scarce. Given that she's spent quite a while running from her brothers and sisters, it's not surprising that this would be her first reaction. Beyond that, figuring out some kind of balance with the AGI and SERO factions will be a challenge, although I'd say it's more likely that she would sway towards SERO than Afterglow Inc., given that she doesn't find experimentation much of a threat angels, huh.

After that, Anna's most important goal will be finding a new purpose in life. Now that she doesn't have to run, doesn't have to watch and wait for an impending apocalypse, and actually has the opportunity to settle into something almost resembling a normal life. Readjusting will be the most important thing for her, learning to rebuild trust with the family members already here and learning to build new, solid friendships again.

[ It's only after she's had enough time to fully process what has happened that she addresses the network, sitting calmly in the middle of the field. There are several things that she now knows for certain.

She knows that she definitely isn't in Heaven any more, the most comforting knowledge of all. Somehow, something has managed to assist her in an escape. She also knows that there are family members here, and that's far more concerning. Lastly, she knows that whatever has happened here, she needs to get inside before dark see someone read the signs or all Hell breaks loose.

Still, as ominous as that situation is it's not enough for her to drop her guard, so she avoids any videos for now. It's not that she doesn't trust the idea of other angels being here, she just...doesn't trust the idea of other angels being here.
]

If there's anyone listening to this, some help would go a long way. [ This feels stupid. Still, she presses on all the same, letting out a soft exhale of breath before continuing. ] I've woken up in a baseball field and there are warnings about staying inside during the dark. If anyone could just...direct me to the nearest place where I can keep away from this 'darkness', it would be appreciated.

And...that's all, thanks.

Third Person Sample

Anna hasn't felt nausea in a very long time.

...That's not strictly true. It's actually been a relatively short time, a few months since they changed her medication in the institute and she spent days trying to force down any scrap of food. Anna though, the real Anna, angel Anna hasn't ever experienced anything like this. When she lands it's solid, disorientating, and she drops to her knees instantly. Doubled over, she has to take a few long slow breaths for the sensation to pass, and even then it still lingers a moment longer.

Eventually though it does pass, and when it does she's left with nothing more than grass stains on her knees and a lot of confusion as to what's going on. She gets up slowly, eyeing her surroundings as she slowly stretches her arms out. This is strange. Moments ago she'd been locked away, doomed to eternity of some of the most grim of persuasion methods. Now? Now she's standing in the middle of a field, welcome signs surrounding her. It's strange, yes, but she's not about to question it any time soon. After all, she would have given just about anything to get out of that place. Now she doesn't have to.

That aside she should make an effort to find out something about the place she's in, and the first place seems to be these signs. Whatever it is about this place, it's like nothing she's ever felt before. There's more though, there's some of her kind here. There's angels in this strange town, and Anna can't quite tell if that is relief or fear she's feeling. A little of both perhaps. Sure it's good that there are others here like her, at least she's not some isolated anomaly, but that doesn't mean she knows how they're going to react. Anna doesn't exactly have the best relationship with her siblings after all. So she doesn't make any attempt to contact them, the way only they can. Instead she just approaches some of the signs at the edge of the field. Research first, family drama later.
