PERMISSIONS
Due to Anna being an angel and all that, she has some serious power behind her. However, while her abilities aren't all that respectful of peoples preferences, I am! So here's a lovely little permissions post for just that issue.
Teleporting
Anna is able to transport herself an others through both time and space instantly (though time travel will significantly weaken her)
Location, Location, Location
Super Awesome Angel Powers (this needs to become a widely accepted acronym) mean that Anna can locate anyone who is not under the active protection of things like Enochian symbols and hex bags.
Healing
Again with the S.A.A.P., she has the ability to instantly (or near enough) heal herself and others.
Dream Walking
Anna is able to use said S.A.A.P.'s to communicate with others through dreams, by appearing within the dream to the person.
Instasleep (Knock Out)
I don't know what you would call this one, but Anna can make normal human beings pass out in an instant, much as other angels do in-show, by touching their forehead.
Anything else? There's a litter of other things she can do which I cannot list here, or I'll be here all day. As a general rule assume that I won't have her use them without seeking permission first, but if there's anything in particular on the link to her wiki list of powers that strikes you as particularly not-okay, or that your character would be invulnerable to/etc. mention it here!

- Teleport your character? Yup. Mina has absolutely no way to stop that.
- Locate your character? Yes!
- Heal your character? Ha, this one is fun. In the past, when my Kindred characters interact with SPN, the ultimate decision has been that, yes, angelic healing does work. However, it hurts like a mother.
- Enter the dream of your character? Absolutely! And I love writing dream sequences, so this should happen!
- Knock out your character? Nope. Mina's biology isn't human. Kindred don't pass out without a severe beating.

She can do all of that to Phil and Kobra. They're just regular humans, though Kobra's mind is noticeably addled if she peaks into his dreams or anything.

- Enter the dream of your character? Yes. Fortescue has some training against magic that does this, but angels would be powerful enough to get around it. So she's tougher than your average human, but that's it.

- Anything else? Anna is free to sense that Fortescue's soul resides in her cat, Jazz, rather than in her body.

Oh my god this is so TL;DR compared to everyone else's. So sorry.
- Teleport your character? Yes, she totally can. Susan will be livid about it (depending on the situation), but you have my full and unreserved permission to do this thing.
- Locate your character? This, is a bit of a cross permissions thing. Susan can do this, also, but the way she manages it is a bit different. Similarly Susan can hide herself...but the method isn't so much religious or magical as it is...based out of her (narrative) genetics.
Long story short, I'd say Yes, unless she's actively trying to stay hidden (as opposed to casually trying to stay hidden while she...idk makes a sandwich or something banal). But, if it's something relevant to a plot or would make CR and/or the thread more interesting, I can go with whatever. Just give me a heads up and I'm cool.
- Heal your character? Yes, sure. Susan's mostly human, S.A.A.H.P. should work totally fine.
- Enter the dream of your character? Yes, totally, go for it. I already rambled about this on River's permissions, but Susan remembers things on a ridiculous scale. I'm sure Anna wouldn't have trouble percieving the exterior of eternity, or the weird infinite spaces of Death's house, but that's probably the sort of thing she'd encounter in Susan's head. She's not very imaginative so odds are good Susan probably dreams in memories.
- Knock out your character? With S.A.A.P.? Hm. I'm not sure if this would work, honestly. If it makes the situation more amusing to knock Susan out abruptly, A+ let's do it, it totally works. If it would be infinitely more awkward and hilarious to just have Susan stare at her (like, really? what are you doing? stop that) then we can go with that.

I've seen the whole show, so I'm pretty familiar with the laundry-list of Angelic shenanigans, but I scanned the list of powers just to...well, see them in list form, and there might be a couple worth noting separately.
- Supernatural perception - No idea what Susan would look like to someone else with Supernatural perception, but Susan definitely doesn't actively hide what she is. Whatever weirdo aura she has that lets her slip into the background she usually projects into the foreground while she's dealing with problems/situations/irritating people so it's probably always apparent.
Feel free to make something up here, if you like. She can look like a Reaper, some demon/monster, or idk something like a bizarre Nephilim maybe, whatevs. In any case, she probably doesn't look Normal.
- Invisibility - This would technically work, but Susan would probably still know she was there...even is she couldn't see her.
Her Death senses are tingling.Then again, given that they're constantly being spied on by mirror people and this place is wacky and magical, Susan would probably just ignore the sensation of invisible presence and carry on with her day.- Voice Mimicry - Because Susan has a touch of the Eldritch in her, and because it's mixed in with her human part and not something entirely separate, it might be really, really difficult for a mythical being to duplicate her voice. (Seeing as they can probably hear both halves of it all the time with their supernatural perception and cosmic/ancient/etc super special awareness) I doubt this will really come up much, but it seemed like it was worth noting.
